How It Works

Important Update!

We are excited to offer a new meal prep program to our valued customers.  Ordering, choices, portions, variety and pickup are even easier. You will manage your subscription to pick your meals and dietary restrictions.  Adjusted prices are even more affordable. 

Below are the changes and instructions to start your new program:

  1. Choose 5, 10 or 15 individual meals per week,  per order including: BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER. Choose BREAKFAST ONLY, LUNCH ONLY, DINNER ONLY; LUNCH and DINNER; BREAKFAST and LUNCH; BREAKFAST and DINNER;  BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER. 
  2. Meals average 400-500 calories per meal  
  3. 60 monthly meals to choose from. 
  4. New or Week Only Customers: Sign up for meal prep by midnight Friday to ensure meal pickup for the next Monday. 
  5. Recurring Customers: Select meals weekly by midnight Friday or meals will default to your previous week's order.
  6. Pickup meals on Monday from 11 am to 7:30 pm. 
  7. If you need to cancel or put your account on hold, please do so by midnight Friday of the previous week.
